A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for anyone canceling registration prior to June 15, 2023.
After that date, there are absolutely no refunds. Reservations for tours will be accommodated on a first come first served basis and are subject to cancellation two weeks prior to conference date.
HOTEL INFORMATION:
Our main Convention hotel, The Marriott Hotel, Colorado Springs, is modern, choice, affordable convention hotel and has every amenity. We were able to reserve a block of rooms at $176 plus taxes, which includes full breakfast. The rate is over $350 for the same date if you were to book without the special rate. Don't be late, register now
